Elena
Located on the edge of the Teneriffe Heritage Precinct, Elena responds to the robust masonry character, architectural rhythm and material palette of its surrounding heritage fabric. A masonry podium reinforces the established scale and setbacks, while the tower above remains deliberately subservient to the podium and the established character of the precinct.
