Goldicott House
Goldicott – Engineered by Charles Dupree in 1885, Goldicott’s poured-concrete construction marked an early moment of material experimentation in Brisbane’s architectural history. Cavill Architects’ concept design extends this historical foundation through new concrete additions that reinterpret Dupree’s innovation in a contemporary context, shaping spaces attuned to South East Queensland’s subtropical lifestyle.
