The Master Plan crafts from its setting a vibrant neighbourhood of active laneway, pocket gardens and revitalized heritage to support the civic lifestyle of the scheme’s five mixed use towers and the expanding local community.
Developed and negotiated with EDQ for the landholder and incorporated into the Woolloongabba Plan Development Scheme. Urban Design, Master Plan and Feasibility in collaboration with Urbis.
